Please carefully read the information on each appointment type. We offer both in clinic appointments and Telehealth (video) consults. Please see our About page if you are not sure which team member is right for you, or feel free to contact us directly.

Please indicate the issues you would like to cover during your initial appointments by adding the required information into the comments section when completing your booking.

Our face to face consultations take place in a relaxed setting. Feel free to bring a supporter with you.

What to bring

We will email you a template for a three day food record and a list of blood tests for nutrition indicators. You will need to request these blood tests from your GP

Nutrition Care Dietitians are located at 36 Clarence Street, Hamilton Central. Inside Ian Campbell’s surgical rooms.
(Please note: Clarence street is divided by Tristram Street, we are at the Courthouse end of Clarence Street, not the Pembroke Street end, access to us is off Anglesea Street).

Free parking is available behind the building.
