Our experienced dietitians provide personalised nutrition support to help you achieve a balanced, healthy relationship with food—whether that means optimising your nutrition, managing specific health concerns, or working towards sustainable weight management in a way that feels right for you. We use a non-dieting approach and health at every size (HAES) principles towards better health and well being.

$700 with 10% discount for payment up front (reduces to $630)

Initial Consultation

You get an assessment of where your nutrition is right now in relation to your individual needs; the nutrition content of what you’re eating, your gaps and how to fill them. We help you begin forming your goals for changing your life.

Initial Consult- $215 (60-90 Minutes)

Couples Consultation

Success comes when you have the support of those around you, we offer couples consultations to help you get the best out of your meals as a household.

Initial consult for 2: $350 (90-120 Minutes)

Follow Up

Lifestyle changes don’t just happen overnight, we recommend checking in with us as you make progress.

Follow up - $110 (Up to half an hour)

Residential Care Assessment

We offer a range of services for rest homes, private hospitals, continuing care homes, boarding schools, disability services and Early Childhood Education.

$180 / Hour OR $180/resident assessment

MENU REVIEW AND PLANNING

Experienced in food service management in hospitals and rest homes and specialising in nutrition for older persons - Niki can provide practical and comprehensive suggestions about menus, food service and changing kitchen facilities.

You choose the full menu review including a site visit at meal time or desk-top review based on the written menu only.

NUTRITION CONSULTATIONS

We offer nutrition consultations for residents and patients with special nutritional needs such as PEG or NG feeds, weight loss, food allergies and intolerances, diabetes. Why not arrange for Niki to visit your site regularly so you discuss any concerns about nutrition requirements for any patients?

NUTRITION EDUCATION FOR STAFF

What is the appropriate nutrition for your patients or residents? Up to date nutrition knowledge, professional development sessions can be provided for your nurses, health care assistants and kitchen staff.
